Fleur de Lis Corporation
Fleur de Lis Camp, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization, incorporated in 1929 and running continuously since its incorporation. Fleur de Lis is overseen by a Corporation of 36 members and a Board of Trustees of eight. The Board of Trustees is an active body which makes all major strategic decisions, reviews operations, and provides support and direction to the Director. The Board meets monthly throughout the year and the Corporation meets twice annually. Board and Corporation members have either attended Fleur de Lis themselves or have been closely associated with camp for many years. No member receives remuneration for their service.
