What to pack?

Here's a list of what you should bring with you to Circle Week:

Clothing

  • Two/three pairs of shorts

  • Two pairs of jeans, sweatpants, or any long pants

  • Four/five short-sleeved t-shirts

  • One long-sleeved t-shirt

  • Two sweatshirts 

  • One jacket or windbreaker (it can be cold in NH in August)

  • Raincoat/poncho – VERY IMPORTANT!! (umbrellas do not work)

  • Enough socks and underwear for six days

  • Two bathing suits

  • Cover-up or bathrobe to wear to showers (can be a long t-shirt)

  • One pair of sneakers

  • One pair of rubber flip flops or beach sandals

  • Pajamas, preferably warm, and a lighter pair if you want

  • Hat to wear for sun protection

Personal Items

  • A favorite stuffed animal is welcome!​

  • Favorite book, if you read in free time or before bed

  • Medication: in original container, including the name of the patient, name of the medication, dosage, directions for use*

Bedding & Other

  • A WARM sleeping bag or two sets of sheets and two blankets

  • Pillow and pillowcase

  • Three towels (beach towel and bath towel appropriate)

  • Flashlight w/working batteries (camper’s name should be on it)

  • Backpack 

  • Refillable water bottle

  • Face soap

  • Toothbrush

  • Toothpaste

  • Deodorant

  • Comb/brush

  • Feminine hygiene products if needed (we do NOT provide)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

*Any medication, prescription or over-the-counter, should be in its original packaging and will be in the possession of the camp nurse for the duration of camp. Please, pack it in a resealable plastic bag and give it to the bus chaperones upon arrival at drop-off.

Shampoo, conditioner, bug spray, and sunscreen will be provided. 

 

NO hair dryers or flat irons should be brought to camp.  

 

NO cell phones, iPods, MP3 players, or electronic toys will be permitted during camp.

 

NO more than two pieces of luggage per camper. Write your name on everything you bring!

 

Remember that food attracts animals! We ask that NO food be brought to camp.
